Nanuya Island Resort Accommodations

There are 12 bures (bungalows) at Nanuya Island Resort that are located among swaying coconut palms and within a short walk to the beach and the main complex.

The 4 Deluxe Villas are 180 sq ft with cold and hot, solar heated water. Each has a queen size bed, and 2 single beds, coffee and tea makings, fans, mini frig and mini safe, and mosquito nets. They can accommodate 4.

The 8 Traditional Tree Houses are on the hillside in the trees, surrounded by exotic plantlife in a natural setting overlooking the lagoon. The cold and hot solar shower, coffee and tea makings, mini frig and safe are helpful amenities. You can have a double bed or two singles and they accommodate only 2.

Nanuya Resort Activities

Land activities include visiting the Sawa-I-Lau caves, and guided village visits where you can see the nearly traditional lifestyle of the locals. Although the resort doesn't have their own spa facilities, it is possible to get a great massage nearby.

Water activities at Nanuya typify the best in scuba diving excursions with certification courses and guided trips to see the spectacular coral reefs.

Feed the fish, or let the fish feed you with sport fishing possibilities available. Enjoy kayaking in the azure waters or walking the shite sand beaches. This is a place to relax and do your own thing, and many guests return for the scenery and the great staff that serves without being overbearing or hovering.

Nanuya Island Cuisine & Dining

The lounge and bar are perfect for a cocktail, making friends, relaxing, and/or singing along with the band.

The chefs of the resort's Taba (Tamba) Restaurant cater to all discerning tastes and the food is delicious. There are all day a-la-carte dishes and evening dining menus, and occasionally there are themed dinners and local, traditional entertainment. They use as much of the local produce as possible, and focus on traditional Fijian, Indian and Asian Cuisine, veering away from the European. They will cater to special dietary needs if necessary, but be sure to tell us when booking. Breakfast is included in the accommodation rate.
